Sassy Water Recipe
- 1 med lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 liters water (about 8½ c)
- 12 sm spearmint leaves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1 med cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
You should start by thoroughly washing the fruit and veggie. Make sure the peel is clean because a lot of pesticides are used to protect the cultivated plants. Next, wash the spearmint leaves as well.
Get a bowl with the desired size, or you can use a jug and pour two liters of water ( or 8½ c ). Continue adding the plant ingredients, lemon, ginger and the sliced cucumber.
