- Elastic bandage
- Warm water
Soak the towel in the water and wrap it around your stomach or any other area. Leave it to act for 5 minutes to open your pores, and then remove it. Add the ginger powder to the lotion and mix. Apply the mixture on the same area and wrap it with a plastic wrap for few times.
Next, wrap the elastic bandage over the plastic wrap and leave it for 6 hours, or even better, overnight. In that way, the ginger compress will work the entire night. The next morning just remove it.
