DIY Coconut Water Kefir That Improves Immunity and Heals the Gut!

You can prepare this drink in 3 different ways:
1. A kefir starter culture
2. With the use of kefir grains
3. Existing kefir as a starter
You should know that cheapest way to prepare this drink is if you use kefir grains, either milk or water kefir grains.
- Fresh or coconut water – seven cups
- Water kefir grains – five tablespoons
- One Ceylon cinnamon stick
How to Prepare It:
Add the coconut water into a ½ gallon jar. After that add into the water the kefir grains. Then make sure to cover the jar but loosely. Leave it like that for 48 hours.
Note: Do not leave the jar longer that needed, because it might cause explosion. Explosion might be cause due to the fermentation that shall take place. So remember not to leave it more than 48 hours.
You know that is fermented because it shall become lighter in color. The kefir grains will rise up all the way to the top at the end of the process, and then make sure to remove them.
You can use the same kefir grains again, if you make another drink right away.
